Every idea starts somewhere small. Scratchpad is your personal capture space — jot a loose thought before it slips away. From there, the direct arc runs through Forge (structured refinement across stages and dimensions), optionally through Pitch (deck creation and stakeholder sharing), into Blueprint (event-model workshop), and finally out through Launchpad (rendered deployment artifacts delivered via GitHub push or ZIP). Every hand-off is automatic — no copy-pasting between tools. Each phase carries its own appetite, so spend stays visible and every appetite checkpoint is an explicit, auditable decision.

The knowledge loop
Nothing is ever wasted in sparkle.space. When a Forge idea completes, its full product definition flows automatically into the Vault as institutional memory. When an idea is abandoned, it too enters the Vault — and simultaneously seeds a standing monitoring watch on its problem space. Years later, when conditions change, that watch can detect a signal and surface an alert that reopens the dormant idea with fresh intelligence context. Completed and abandoned alike, every idea strengthens the institutional knowledge that feeds the next spark.
Field monitoring in the background
Intelligence continuously monitors RSS feeds, APIs, social platforms, and other sources against topic watches — even while you focus on other work. Watches can auto-suggest themselves from your abandoned ideas, so you never have to remember to set one up. For common topic areas, Intelligence Packages provide a one-click bundle of pre-configured sources and watches to get you monitoring in seconds.

Appetite-aware governance
Every idea reserves a phase-scoped appetite (a committed budget) at creation. As work consumes it, sparkle.space shows a soft warning at 80% and opens an explicit checkpoint at 100% — extend the current phase, promote with auto-suggested next-phase appetite, or park the idea (its full appetite trail flows into the Vault for future reference). A per-spark spending dashboard makes the trail visible end-to-end, and Blueprints and Launchpad projects inherit the source idea's appetite snapshot so the investment story carries through to delivery.
Feedback — dogfood first
An in-app feedback widget lets your own team submit observations directly from within sparkle.space. A lightweight triage UI routes submissions to the right context. We use this ourselves to shape what gets built next.
