sparkle.space

Know the world. Change the world.

Organizational intelligence meets structured innovation — from knowledge to product.

Three Pillars

Everything in sparkle.space is organized around three pillars

From spark to ship

Every idea starts somewhere small. Scratchpad is your personal capture space — jot a loose thought before it slips away. From there, the direct arc runs through Forge (structured refinement across stages and dimensions), optionally through Pitch (deck creation and stakeholder sharing), into Blueprint (event-model workshop), and finally out through Launchpad (rendered deployment artifacts delivered via GitHub push or ZIP). Every hand-off is automatic — no copy-pasting between tools.

Knowledge

Keep up with the world. Organizational intelligence and institutional memory.

Vault

Institutional memory -- knowledge entries, patterns, and links.

Intelligence

External research -- PIRs, RFIs, collection, ACH, and monitoring.

Documents

Upload, extract, and manage documents and feeds for analysis.

Ideas

Change the world. Structured innovation from spark to reality.

Forge

Refine ideas through stages, gates, dimensions, and product definition.

Pitch

Shareable pitch decks with NDA gating and engagement tracking.

Product

Build the world. From validated ideas to running products.

Blueprint

Beta

Turn completed ideas into event models through workshop sessions.

Stable event model; UX still iterating.

Launchpad

Beta

Export blueprints into launch projects with deployment artifacts.

Stable event model; UX still iterating.

Product Ops

On the horizon

Maintain, evolve, or gracefully abandon products post-launch. Planned for a later release.

The knowledge loop

Nothing is ever wasted in sparkle.space. When a Forge idea completes, its full product definition flows automatically into the Vault as institutional memory. When an idea is abandoned, it too enters the Vault — and simultaneously seeds a standing monitoring watch on its problem space. Years later, when conditions change, that watch can detect a signal and surface an alert that reopens the dormant idea with fresh intelligence context. Completed and abandoned alike, every idea strengthens the institutional knowledge that feeds the next spark.

Field monitoring in the background

Intelligence continuously monitors RSS feeds, APIs, social platforms, and other sources against topic watches — even while you focus on other work. Watches can auto-suggest themselves from your abandoned ideas, so you never have to remember to set one up. For common topic areas, Intelligence Packages provide a one-click bundle of pre-configured sources and watches to get you monitoring in seconds.

Ready-made packages

  • Artificial Intelligence: Monitor AI research, LLM developments, foundation models, and industry news
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Monitor cloud platforms, Kubernetes, serverless, and infrastructure trends
  • Cybersecurity: Monitor cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, defensive tools, and industry practices
  • Web Development: Monitor web frameworks, frontend tools, web standards, and developer experience

Feedback — dogfood first

An in-app feedback widget lets your own team submit observations directly from within sparkle.space. A lightweight triage UI routes submissions to the right context. We use this ourselves to shape what gets built next.
